What's GameTune?
GameTune is a user interface creation toolkit, geared towards real-time programs such as graphics demos, games, rendering tests and simulations. You just link your program to GameTune.lib, call a few functions to create the tuning panel and then begin reading the controls. The layout of the panel can be loaded from a GameTune INI (GTI) file, or embedded directly in your program.
With GameTune it's easy to add a nice tweaking interface to your program, without spending a lot of time writing Win32 or MFC code. It's also useful for adding a quick GUI to a command line utility, or a simple property sheet to any program.
One way to describe GameTune is with screenshots:

If there's something you don't see here that every game tuning panel needs, or if you just have a comment or question, let me know.
Who wrote it?
GameTune is being developed by Wade Brainerd, an game programmer on leave from Treyarch Invention. It started when I decided I needed an Animation Speed slider in my Graphics Engine test app and GameTune is the result of this incredible tangent. It has consumed many more hours of my time than the engine ever did..
What does it cost?
GameTune will always be free for non-commercial use. After version 1.0 final is released, I will begin charging a reasonable fee to use it in commercial applications intended for retail sale. Anyone who helps me during the development process, be it bug reporting, good suggestions or fan mail.is entitled to unlimited free use for life.
